SILK SCREEN PRINT
The print of traditional screen printing is pleasant to the touch and very wear-resistant. Screen printing is best suited for large quantities and simple images and logos. You can also create multi-colored images, maximum we can print 8 colors. Our modern printing equipment guarantees fast delivery times for larger batches and enables even consistent quality even in demanding multi-color work.
DTG & DTF
With the DTG (Direct to Garment) print, the image is printed directly on the shirt, which allows for multi-color and photo-like prints without color separation.
With the DTF (Direct to Film) print, you can print colourful prints for example on jackets, caps polyester shirts. It's best suited for small logos and multicolored prints.
EMBROIDERY
Embroidery is a durable and impressive quilting-filled marking that works nicely for example in patches, headgear and workwear. Embroidery works best in small size and simple text and logos.

For the offer we need the following information:
- Printable image or number of colors
- Amount
- Image size and location
- Printable product
- Please also let us know if there are more specific requests regarding the delivery time
A mockup image sent by e-mail makes it easier to submit an offer. Please also read the file instructions before sending the request for quotation. We are happy to help you with any questions related to printing and the selection of suitable textiles.
Our production time is approx. 2-3 weeks. More urgent deliveries are available for an additional fee.
Orders are paid by invoice, which is sent after the order has been completed. The invoice has a payment period of 14 days. If necessary, we can also agree on the due date in more detail.
Orders can be picked up directly from Konala, and mailing or courier delivery is also possible. Postage is added to the order according to the weight or by courier delivery according to the length of the trip.

FILES
- We accept the following file formats: .jpg, .psd, .tif, .png, .eps, and .pdf.
Please avoid Office files (Word, Excel, Powerpoint). - The resolution of the image files should be at least 300 dpi and preferably in 1:1 size. If necessary, we can scale the image. More complex edits are available for an additional fee.
- Multi-color images for a shirt other than a black or white shirt should be in a transparent background in .psd or .png
PRINTING SIZES
- The maximum size of the normal shirt print is approx. 32 x 47 cm
- The maximum size of the bag print is approx. 25 x 35 cm
- The maximum size of the sleeve print is approx. 12 x 45 cm

DTG ja DTF mahdollistaa miljoonien värien käytön printeissä, siinä missä silkkipainossa värimäärä on rajattu muutamaan.
DTG (direct-to-garnment) -painatuksessa [kuva 3/4] kuva tulostetaan suoraan tekstiiliin. Printin pinta tuntuu hyvin samanlaiselta kuin silkkipainetussa printissä. Vaaleille tekstiileille painettaessa printti imeytyy hieman kuitujen sisään ja jää mukavan pehmeäksi käyttää [kuva 4/4] .
DTF (direct-to-film) [kuva 2/4] on hieman kuin DTG, mutta kuva tulostetaan filmille ja sen jälkeen lämpöprässätään tekstiiliin kiinni. DTF kiinnittyy myös teknisiin materiaaleihin, kuten ulko- ja työvaatteisiin ja sen saa asemoitua myös haastaviin paikkoihin (lippikset, taskut jne.). DTF-printeille on ominaista pieni kiilto ja varsinkin isoissa printeissä kalvomainen tuntuma.
